Red Barn in the Palouse

In 1999, I took my first trip to the Palouse in eastern Washington and western Idaho. This area is farm country and it's rolling hills are a photographer’s paradise. I have been back three additional times. This picture was taken of a recently harvested field. I like the way the lines of the harvested fields go toward the barn. This picture did very well in competition and placed first in its category.
